Delete your Price Caddie account

You can ask us to delete your Price Caddie account at any time. This page explains who can ask, how to ask, what is removed, and what we keep.

Who can ask

The account holder can request deletion of their own account. If you are a team member rather than the account owner, your request removes your own sign-in; the team and its records stay with the team owner.

How to ask

Email support@pricecaddie.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request comes from the account holder before we act on it.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your sign-in sessions and registered phones.
• Your inventory records.
• Your drafts and the photos Price Caddie holds for you.
• Your alerts and watchlists.

What is kept and why

Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. We may also keep records we need to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. These records are not used to market to you.

How long it takes

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request.

Your listings

Deleting your Price Caddie account does not remove listings on your marketplace. You manage those in your marketplace account.
